STEP 1 : SEARCH AND SELECT
Let’s start with the most exciting part of the process!
Search and select something perfect for your little one. With something for all personalities and occasions,
our exclusive designs are sure to enchant their hearts and yours. Reserve the
garment the date you wish for it to be delivered.
Important tip: be sure to select a delivery date that is at least 1-2 days before your event. This will allow us enough time to handle certain situations.
Refer to our size guide to determine the best possible fit.
STEP 2: RECEIVE AND ENJOY
Once everything arrives, check to make sure everything is in order.
Inspect the garment, try it on for fit,return shipment label is present.
If not, notify us immediately!
Receive and enjoy for 7 days! Never have to worry about spills or stains.
We will handle dry cleaning for FREE!!!
Be sure to take lots of pictures and tag us on social media!
STEP 3 : FREE RETURNS
We've made this last step very easy for you!
Package all the merchandise in the same package it arrived in.
Attach the provided pre-paid shipping label on the package.
Drop off at your local USPS by NOON of the RETURN BY date.
We will handle the cleaning!
If your return date is on a Sunday or holiday, the next business day works for us!
Please be mindful that another child is in line after you to receive that same garment. So please return on time. But if you need more time, contact us via email or phone and we will be happy to assist.
