HOW EARLY CAN I BOOK MY RESERVATION?
The earliest you can book a reservation is up to 6 months in advance.
HOW EARLY SHOULD I SCHEDULE MY DELIVERY DATE?
We advise you to schedule your delivery to arrive at least 1-2 days before your event.
WILL THE ITEMS NEED TO BE PRESSED OR STEAMED UPON ARRIVAL?
Our team does our best to ensure the items arrive ready-to-wear. However, slight creases may occur due to packaging. A light steam should fix everything.
WHAT IF MY CHILD SIGNIFICANTLY DAMAGES THE ITEM?
We understand that some minor wear and tear is inevitable. However, significant damage and lost items are not covered by us. If damaged beyond repair, the fee will be the retail price of the item. If the item is not returned, the fee is double the retail price of item.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
We understand things come up! Yes, you can cancel your order for a full refund within 48 hours of the initial booking.
After 48 hours, any cancellations must happen at least 10 days before delivery date to be eligible for a 50% refund or 100% of merchandise credit.

WHAT IF MY ITEMS ARRIVE DAMAGED?
We professional clean all garments before it is shipped out. However, there maybe some small imperfection that cleaning was not able to be removed. We use our best judgement on garment condition before shipping out to you. For us to quickly resolve and send a replacement, please contact us here or email a customer service representative at email@example.com.
HOW DO I PURCHASE?
We offer a made-to-order service. Please contact us here or email a customer service representative firstname.lastname@example.org. In the email, please include the style name, color, and size of the style you like to purchase. The process will typically takes 3-4 weeks and will be a FINAL SALE.
